Today, the Supreme Court of the United States is front and center. Even with the recent nomination of Judge Merrick Garland by President Obama, certain senators continue to obstruct the process. The Senate must do its job — as clearly stated in Article II of the US Constitution — to “advise and consent” on the nominee. Join the campaign here.

NCJW’s Reproductive Justice Initiative
NCJW has long been a strong Jewish voice for health equity, reproductive freedom, and true moral autonomy for all. We refuse to stand by in the face of injustices that deny any person’s right or ability to make their own decisions about their bodies, health, families, and future.
Today, the Supreme Court of the United States is front and center. Even with the nomination of Judge Merrick Garland by President Obama, certain senators continue to obstruct the process. The Senate must do their job – as clearly stated in Article II of the US Constitution – to “advise and consent” on the nominee: hold a hearing and a vote!
Promote the Vote, Protect the Vote
Today, NCJW’s work to promote civic engagement takes the form of Promote the Vote, Protect the Vote. This exciting initiative mobilizes NCJW sections, members, and supporters to work, in accordance with the rules governing 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organizations, to ensure that all eligible voters are able to vote and that every vote is counted.
BenchMark: NCJW’s Judicial Nominations Campaign
Courts matter. Federal court decisions impact every aspect of our lives. And the composition of the federal courts defines how justice is delivered in our nation. NCJW believes that judges confirmed to lifetime seats on the bench must have a commitment to constitutional rights, including reproductive rights.
Exodus: NCJW’s Anti-Sex trafficking Initiative
As we have experienced liberation and freedom, it is our mandate to ensure our communities and laws respond to those trapped in our midst. Every woman and child deserves a life of freedom from coercion, violence, and sexual exploitation.
